The prices apply to direct bookings, are per night per apartment and exclude EUR 1.50 tourist tax per night per person for a maximum of 7 nights. This tourist tax must be paid on site. Prices for bookings via other platforms may differ.
Conditions and House Rules
In high season we keep a minimum stay of 3 nights and in other seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights. From December 24 to January 2 we use different rates, please contact us.
In the winter months from January 3 to March 30, we also offer the apartments at weekly and monthly rates without breakfast. Prices on request.
The apartments can accommodate up to 3 adults.

Check in and check out
You can check in from 15:00. If you want an early check-in, please let us know and we will determine what the possibilities are for that particular day.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you require a late check-out, please let us know, and if possible we will extend the check-out at a charge.
Payment
A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the stay.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel under the following conditions:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. Payments made will be refunded in full.

Between 30 days and 7 days before arrival: Cancellation at 50% of the total amount.

Less than 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount.

Number of persons
The living rooms of Poupa, Caimão and Abelharico are furnished with a sofabed of 1,60m x 2.00m and we allow 1 extra adult. Peru is suitable for maximum 2 people. We cannot place extra beds in the apartments. The price for an extra person is €35 per night.
Cleaning
The bed will be made on a daily basis and for ecological reasons, a change of linens will take place every three nights. For the same reason the towels will also be changed every three days unless guests request a different arrangement. The bathroom of the apartment will receive a basic cleaning on a daily basis.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking
Smoking in the apartments and in the breakfast room is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed on the private terraces. If we notice that smoking has taken place within the apartments we will charge the amount of €150 for extra cleaning costs.
Medical assistance
A medical doctor can be on the premises within 20 minutes.

We are always available for questions and advice. Communication outside working hours is managed via Whatsapp.
Facilities
Free parking available on the property.

Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 10:00 am in the breakfast room.
We offer a bottle of water in the room at no charge, which can be exchanged for a full bottle when empty. The tap water is potable and of good quality.
An honesty bar is available every day in the breakfast area until 22:00 pm.
We recommend to rent a car at the airport. We will send you the coordinates of Alma do Campo in order for you to be able to find us. In case you require assistance with booking a car, please contact us as we will be happy to help.
Every apartment is equipped with its own kitchenette including a small induction hob, microwave-grill and small refrigerator. The kitchenette also contains all necessary kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery. A Nespresso machine with its cups, and an electric water boiler are at the guests’ disposal.
All apartments have airconditioning units and the bathrooms have under floor heating for the cooler winter months.
Peru, the Spa room, is wheelchair accessible.
The bathrooms are equipped with individual amenities.
